Returns go to Progress Lab Inc., 116 Somerset Dr, Streamwood, IL 60107 — please send the form first, so we know it’s coming. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, usually within a few days of the return reaching us. An item that isn’t in its original condition may be refunded in part.
