- Why does it take a day or two before it ships?
- Every crystal is made for your photo. A person checks the photo first, then the laser engraves it and we inspect the result. That takes 1–2 business days after the photo check.
- What if my photo needs to be replaced?
- We email you before engraving. The clock starts again when we have a photo that will engrave well, so reply as soon as you can.
- Can I change the address after ordering?
- Write to support@moment3d.com right away with your order number. We can change it until the box is handed to the carrier.
- My order is late. What now?
- If tracking hasn’t moved for 3 business days, or the box hasn’t arrived 3 business days after the estimate, write to us and we’ll chase the carrier.
