Good to know
Everything about the Iceberg Crystal
How it's made, what we do with your photo, and what happens after you order. Every crystal is engraved to order from the photo you send, so no two are the same — and a real person looks at yours before the laser starts.
Not sure your photo will work?
Send it to us with your question — we'll tell you honestly how it will look in this shape.
Ask a questionA laser places thousands of tiny white points inside the glass, layer by layer, so your photo sits in the middle of the crystal in silver-white 3D. Nothing is printed on the surface — the outside stays perfectly smooth.
Upload any clear photo — phone shots are perfect. We remove the background so people and pets stand out, and a person checks every photo before engraving. This shape has no room for a message, so it carries the photo only.
We check your photo, engrave and ship in 1–2 business days. Free shipping on orders $79+ takes 1–4 days. Faster options at checkout: Standard $9.99 (1–3 days), Express $22.99 (1–2 days), High Priority Express $39.99 (1 day). We ship within the US.
You're covered for 30 days: if you don't love it, we remake it or refund you. If it arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make a new one.
Glass cleaner and a soft microfiber cloth are all it needs. Skip paper towels — they can scratch. The engraving is sealed inside the glass, so it never fades.
